The COMPASS framework comprises 5 personalities that reflect your natural preferences. Each personality unveils your unique strengths, the marketing roles most aligned with your authentic self, and the mindset and skill areas to focus on for unlocking your professional growth potential — essentially, your career compass.
COMPASS is the first step of the FUSE Method and is included in all coaching solutions. After gaining clarity on your career direction through COMPASS, the second step involves a coaching and mentoring program tailored to your professional objectives and the insights revealed by COMPASS. All FUSE coaching solutions are designed to boost your career while embracing your true self and can be purchased individually or as part of a program - the choice is yours; you are in control.
Who I am
Hello, I'm Marie – a marketer, professional coach, and the heart behind FUSE. I'm also a proud sister, wife, and mom of one. It's fantastic to connect with you, a very warm welcome to my world – a place brimming with empowerment, inspiration, motivation, and a touch of fun.

During this incredible journey, I've fine-tuned my marketing skills while working with big-name brands and startups in the tech and retail scenes. I've had the privilege of mentoring ambitious marketers from around the world, many of whom have gone on to shine in prestigious companies. My career has taken me from e-commerce to brand marketing and media planning, holding senior roles in international brands spanning fashion, publishing, and the exciting realm of online dating.
I've relished working across multiple international markets like the UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, China, and the US, immersing myself in new cultures, market quirks, and customer behaviours. Most of the time, I've started from a blank slate, crafting business strategies that helped me develop invaluable skills – skills I'm now excited to pass on to fellow marketers for a more profound impact.

And so, FUSE was born, fuelled by my desire to provide the support I longed for throughout my marketing career. I yearned for guidance in refining those essential professional and leadership skills. I recall the times when I felt the need to transform myself to fit in, battled imposter syndrome, worked on my mindset, and strived to uncover my unique talents – aspects rarely covered in textbooks. Recognising the significance of nurturing talent in our fast-paced world, I sensed a gap in structures designed for ambitious marketers, a void I was determined to help fill.
