Sitting on my office window is this week’s mantra challenge: NOW IS ALL THERE EVER IS.
I’m super excited about my personal challenge this week trying to live by this life principle; let’s see what thoughts, feelings and experiences it brings!
What I’m briefing to my higher coach (aka that part of myself that holds the truth, my intuition, which obvs I don’t listen to enough 🤦🏻♀️):
- Seeing the value of my current situation as part of my journey: each stage is important and I am enjoying each experience for what it can offer. That one is key, too often I focus on what I don’t like in my current situation and how I can’t wait for the next stage. I am going to think back this week of previous stages in my life and what each has brought me so I can do the same with the present.
- Being conscious of my ‘can’t wait for Friday’ syndrome (I mean, it is Monday after all…): this idea that fun and enjoyment should be on hold until the weekend when we can finally enjoy the reward of living. Life is not something that happens after the work week. I am going to find daily ways to create fun and enjoyment in every aspect of my life.
- Catching my thoughts getting into the ‘what used to be’ or ‘what could be’: see each day as a white canvas and remember that real power lies in living each day to its fullest, to be alive and here right now. The only reality is this moment, right now, anything in the past and future belongs to our thoughts and the illusion we are creating about it.
- Taking advantage of the gift of today: remember that it’s called the ‘present’ for good reasons.
Have a great week everyone!
